USAF Trainer Heritage Schemes

Post by hawgwash » Sun Mar 20, 2022 6:46 am

Well, it's being going on for several years with no sign of slowing down. Here are a selection of AETC heritage and FAIP scheme trainers from all the units, plus a bonus ACC Talon. I am however, still missing several.......I need to get out more!

Never realised that there were so many and the USAF should be applauded for recognising their heritage. There's some stunning shots here and many thanks for sharing these. Nice to see those Jayhawks in some interesting schemes.

Fabulous cracking set of images Matt. How I envy you! Wish I had spent more of my younger days visiting the US (a place I love to visit) but age has caught up with me so your photo's are a joy to view. Many thanks for posting and keep up the excellent work.

Absolutely incredible schemes! It puts the 'red tail' on that 100 sqn Hawk into perspective 🙄 Be nice if we could get some of these over to RIAT 😁 thanks for sharing 👍👍

Seeing all those T-38s in Aggressor type colour schemes makes me remember wistfully of the F-5s at Alconbury, even though I was only just in my early teens at the time! Lovely set of photos, thanks for posting them.
