Look on the bright side, if the wind is from the east, being at the 22 end won't be the best place to be.

From what i know Dan is that the crash gate1 will open for these and they will be on the big hardstanding to the left.
no reason for everyone else to use the camp site parking and walk up to the grash gate 1, then walk down the fence, there is plenty of ground along the fence down to the 22 end, and has you know its the best spot along there for viewing.
plenty of room.
would suggest if you can and do what ive done for years if your car allows is chuck a Bike in the back,
must be a few pics of me doing wheelies at RIAT knocking about:lol:
cheers Rich.

Would not worry what end they use, thou 22 is the best spot, even if useing 04,
with so many jets in the circuit upon landing at 04 many will taxi all the way down to the 22 end and backtrack round the taxi way, seen it done many times with only a handfull of jets.

Anyone got any ideas on the timings for the practice formation tomorrow? Just a take off time would be useful - we can't there until 1:30!

Aircarft leaving lunchtime were -

1st wave - ZD321/02, ZH664/112 and ZH665/113

2nd wave - ZD330 (special tail), ZD352/19, ZD401/30 and ZG858 (special tail - 1970-2010)

3rd wave - ZH659/107

And then they were gone!!

The ones seen over Essex would most likely be the 2nd wave
