USAF C-17 x 2 enroute with POTUS clobber

RCH4582 EGQL Leuchars
RCH4580 EGQL Leuchars

Not long out of Andrews AFB so lunchtime arrival at Leuchars.

Be interesting to see what comes out the back of them, probably choppers.

RCH4615 (03-3127) & RCH4578 (04-4128) appear to be Rome bound with likely the same.

There appear to be "involved" seven C-17, the four you already mentioned and additionally

RCH4144 96-0005 (area KADW)
RCH3259 01-0194 (dep KADW)
RCH4593 02-1112 (area KADW)

If I'm reading satcom messages correctly, RCH4582 has an arrival time of 1005L. Should be just about in the Shannon FIR now, so I'm not sure it's right!

4580 on approach now from east, any info on what comes off would be helpful, hopefully its marine1&2 to come to prestwick

I'm starting to think that with the base's security, infrastructure and location to Edinburgh/Holyrood, it's going to be used way more that we expected for COP26. We shall see...

Reach 4582 seems to holding off to the east any ideas why there holding they did say aircraft has flares fitted

There is rumours that the helicopters might not visit Prestwick. How true that is who knows but it would be a shame for the spotters at Prestwick if it’s true.
