I hope all this RTB stuff isn’t a bad sign…
Probably unrelated to any possible B-1s coming to Fairford and just routine daily flights doing what routine daily flights do - RTB.

I hope you’re right. But why the SPUR c/s? Are there any other tankers in position at Pease?

These SPURS are nothing to do with BTF mission. They were working the Biden CAP mission at the weekend. SPUR71-72-73 are still sat on the tarmac at PSM, so don't panic

Is this related?

10/638 - AIRSPACE AR13(E) ACT FL240-FL260. 06 OCT 01:20 2021 UNTIL 06 OCT 02:00 2021.
CREATED: 05 OCT 19:26 2021

AR13 is down in Texas ZFW area for tonight / early tomorrow morning - would the B-1Bs refuel soon after take off from Dyess? Or maybe just a routine daily activation.

I’m no expert but isn’t that too high for bombers? The other one is at FL190 I think

AR13 will be unrelated

ZackG

Only B-1B refuel between F190 and FL220. The B-2s and B-52s are higher.

I will lock this thread overnight, so if the bombers do make an appearance. The tracking info will be posted in the correct section.

How many B-1Bs coming , two more tomorrow but many are saying six in total?

Just noticed I need 86-0110 - I didn't go to Mildenhall airshow in 2001 - I was at Pax River show on 26/05/01 as part of a trip

It would be helpful if any of those at Fairford today could give us a heads up about parking restrictions etc at the various viewpoints around the base, for those of us planning a visit. Tx in advance

Should be another two tomorrow. Not sure if another two are due after that. Should be at fairford for however long they are required for in the region. Anyone know where they are parked previous B-1 deployments have seen them parked on the Christmas tree pan on the far western end of the airfield.
