Goodbye WC-135

Post by WinchesterMGF » Wed Aug 25, 2021 7:46 pm

The wonderful Constant Phoenix departed Mildenhall for maybe its last time this afternoon after a few weeks residence. It didn't disappoint when it came to noise and smoke.

Cracking images, thanks for sharing..
If you can keep your head whilst all around are losing theirs, you have probably completely misread the situation!!

Shame to see her depart - hopefully it’s a bit sunnier in Alaska than it has been in Suffolk this past month. A fantastic jet nonetheless 😎

Nothing less than truly excellent!
Sadly, I am sure you are right about it's impending demise but what superb shots to remember it.
Thanks for sharing them

Great photos!
Came our way with a tanker and I missed as I was drilling holes at the time instead of monitoring ADSB.
Never mind.
Thanks for posting.
