Most of the F15s are using Mode A , not mode S , so they will not appear on web trackers , however if using PlanePlotter yu should see their "hidden " modes pop up in the aircraft list as XXnnnn info, which can be located in the usual way.
Mode 3a will be standard ATC assigned 6401/2/3/ etc , plus their mode 1 and 2 data.
