Chinese Area 51

China is developing its own Area-51.

Interesting article around the development of a number of sites in China for drone, stealth and 6th Generation aircraft development.

Significant works have been noted at Malan Air Base and Lop Nur Air base in Xinjiang.These like Area 51 are in former nuclear test areas and remote to keep prying eyes away. Great to see that despite the sensitivity of these sites, commercial imagery is available to lift the lid.

I think a trip there will get you glowing as I can't believe they have a regulatory scheme to protect you from radiation. #glowstick
