Thanks DavieB
I saw it on a reg plate site in 2016 and thought "I've gotta have that!"
It has a couple of black stickers on it so it looks like F-4 'NAM as well as a Mr Spook sticker ;)
I put a plate on without sticker additions for the MOT :halo:

Suspect there is probably similar on some on the back of a beat up old Chevvy trundling round the Nevada desert being driven by a crusty old guy in a baseball hat with "Rolling Thunder Vet" on the front!

You're probably right :thumb:
I've met a few 'crusty old vets' there over the years, in the desert and out of it! Usually over a beer or two! :D

Hi everyone,

Thank you to accept me in your forum. Forgive my possible language/conjugation/grammar errors, I am a French immigrant currently resident in Scotland.

I discovered your forum when I was looking for information about the Exercise Joint Warrior. I am first of all a photography enthusiast (a bit of everything), and I started to enjoy taking pictures of military equipment at air events near my parents' home and during my thesis. I lived by the sea, near the military port of Toulon (base port of the French aircraft carrier).

So I began to practice a lot more picture of Military boats, and occasionnaly, some plane (You need to have a good lens for the plane).

Since arriving in Scotland (shortly before the lockdown) I have been left wanting, although I have seen a few.

Anyway, I hope to get to know aviation a bit better, especially from the UK.

Thanks again for the welcome.

This is the last picture of a plane I managed to take a few months ago.

Edit: in order to comply with the rules, I change the picture link (the size of the picture on my website is too big to use the {img}{\img})

Hello all,
Thanks for letting me join the forum, I am interested in aviation photography and have been following this forum as a guest user for a while, especially when planning visits to Lakenheath and Coningsby.

Hi, New to this group.
Based in Edmonton in Canada, so get a fair few mil both from over the Pond to the West Coast of the US, but also from Alaska, heading to the East Coast. Been a number of B-52s recently doing a round robin of the US, ending up just north of Edmonton before turning south again

Also get a few Canadian movements, but nothing too interesting, except for the occasional CF-188 out of Cold Lake. During Maple Flag, things do tend to pick up a little here. And right now there is Maple Resolve going on at CFB Wainwright, where three USA UH-60s are taking part, and they generally pop into the hospitals around Edmonton on Medevac training flights. In fact just had one a few minutes ago

Good evening have just joined FC, it definitely looks like the site I can peruse to my hearts content. Being a little long in the tooth i look forward to viewing the pages of rather older shows and aircraft as the first airshow that I went to was in September 1950 at Feltwell in Norfolk where my father treated me to a 5/-(25p) trip in a dragon rapide

A bit of a lurker here for some time, the G7 activity plus Typhoons crossing London, where I'm based, the other week, prompted me to register so as to enjoy the forum properly.

New member, was told about the platform yesterday. Been in/ out of aviation for over 36 years and now slowly getting back into watching/photographing any aircraft that takes my fancy.

Based in Ayrshire, Scotland.
