who's going?

Post by viper3111 » Sat Sep 25, 2010 4:37 pm

Sorry folks, but Im getting excited now as its just over a month away so Ive got to ask, who's going to telford?

I will be there on the saturday this year as there is a longer IPMS members only time than on the sunday. I will be going up there on the friday night and stopping in a hotel until the sunday. As usual I will be wearing the good old motorhead jacket/tshirt so if you see me please say hello. My photo is in quite a few places on the forum now but if you havnt seen what I look like there is one in the 'new releases' thread holding my 24th mossi :thumb:

You're not the only one Shaun, already looking forward to the show

I'll be there for just the one day, most likely the Sunday. Because of that, I'll be spending most of my time mosying around the trade stands, but when not I'll most likely be on the Locate and Cement or SAM stands. I'll have a few of my builds on display on these and also the Splash Sig table so keep an eye out for them ;)

Cetainly am :)

As I'm not IPMS, I'll be there from 10AM, milling about the stands I mentioned above. I've been asked to spend an hour or so on the SAM stand to meet and greet our readers, which I'll probably do around lunch time, so you should be able to find me there- keep an eye out for my Backfire ;)

Sadly I will be going on the saturday so I wont get to meet you :( But I will be popping over to the SAM stand to meet AndyE and have a chat with him :thumb:

I hope you have a good day, will the Backfire be there on the saturday?

Ah, never mind then. My Backfire will only be there on the Sunday, but I'll have a BV 222 Wiking on the Splash Sig all weekend- mine will be the one in Winter Camo

Have a great day Saturday, maybe see you there next year ;)

Would like to do Telford again, last time was 2007, but cost of travel is a major problem. Anybody got a spare seat from Peterborough / Huntingdon area for either Saturday or Sunday please PM me.

Well Im back at the hotel room looking at all the goodies Ive bought. I had to leave a bit earlier than I would have liked as I wasnt feeling to good, but hey ho. Im glad I dont have to drive home tonight (good call on mrs vipers part to stay in the hotel  )

That was another stonking show, only bought 4 kits :O but I did get all the resins, decals and paints I was after (Yes benyboy that includes the mossi conversion, but that looks a lot more complex than I first thought  Still should be a good build)

Role on next year
