Re: Hawk Approach
There should also be a Typhoon at 12.55, not guaranteed though!
Re: Hawk Approach
Trust me to be on the phone and I hear Jet noise going over, Was that the Hawk? Also is the Typhoon still coming over? Or have they both already been?
Re: Hawk Approach
Hawk has been. And as above apparently typhoon is 12:55. Typhoon may not show on radar so best getting the scanner on if you have one
Re: Hawk Approach
No problems there JHolden92, got the scanner on just have to hope one of Lossie's finest does indeed pay us a visit. (Fingers well and truly crossed).
Re: Hawk Approach
Is it from 12 Sqdn at Coningsby? Someone inbound with Airwolf callsign?
Re: Hawk Approach
Should be Rebel57 of 41 squadron according to the Edinburgh Airport FB page.
Re: Hawk Approach
The Falcon 2000 is a Netjets aircraft, so will have a 'Fraction' callsign. I think 'Airwolf' is the Bell 505 that's just to the north of the airport.
Re: Hawk Approach
You make a good point haha
Re: Hawk Approach
ZK376 of 41 squadron apparently, with thanks to Ross Forsyth.
Re: Hawk Approach

Can you edit the topic title to include the Typhoon please? Before anyone starts another thread !
Re: Hawk Approach
Sorry that was REBEL 57, looked like a 41 Sqdn Typhoon. Awesome to see it going around not once but twice. Anyone happen to be lucky enough to get an ID?
Re: Hawk Approach
Re: Hawk “PIRATE17” & Typhoon “REBEL57” Approaches
