Couple from two afternoons at Deptford down. Bit of a recce really for later in the year, not much around but i guess its different when exercises are on? Caught these in the circuit

Surprised there wasn't more going on, Exercise Wessex Storm is ongoing.

Must get to SPTA again some time soon, didn't get down at all last year.

Wessex Storm happens a few times a year. Unless Deptford is being used as part of the ex, I'd suggest it's just business as usual there.

Really? was very quiet at Deptford. Was firing going on at the ranges but not much airborne. Thanks, im pleased with them.

A nice set there! I think you did quite well; action is now very slow, a result of loss of a/c types and of crews using spots where togs & dog walkers are unable to access. I live on the edge of SPTA and hardly go out these days. Merlin is a mk.4 now, btw.

Was quite muddy and rutted in places. Quite a nice walk up though
