I understand both are still at Yeovil have not seen them outside since late December possible delivery of one this week C27 is understand due into Yeovilton Thursday 9th Jan hope this helps.

Sorry to barge in on your discussion, but since late November has anyone witnessed any Portuguese Navy Lynx flying like 19204 or any other?

16.06 WESTLAND 06 made a call to London Info - wanted feedback on ADSB output - controller gave Hex Codeas "43EC3" obviously I missed part of this - Controller noted that no output for altitude was showing. No other nfo given re type or position.

It seems a bit odd to me so much time for an upgrade and re-engining, more than 2 1/2 years have passed since the first 3 airframes were sent to Yeovil (4 there now) and still no word about them. Guess I'll just have to wait.

It certainly does seem a long time. Leonardo could probably have built the Navy new Wildcats in that time.
I imagine there was more in this up-grade than was first envisaged. Perhaps, as it was suggested for the Brazilian airframes, more corrosion was found than expected necessitating an involved re-build? Perhaps the Navy then had to find more funds before that could proceed? Perhaps such a rebuild allowed for further upgrades at the same time? Perhaps there is more going on behind those hangar doors than we think?

Update on the HH101A at yeovil

MM81873-15-12 went Unservicable on start up still in hangar waiting delivery
ZR362 15-13 been on wash bay at times over the last few days
MM81875-15-14 Still in production hangar.

A C27 is expected in Yeovilton on 27 Jan due to bring in flight crew.
