Expect government aircraft visiting London airports in the run up to summit. I should think that Trump will attend, although not confirmed, so expect the usual POTUS flights these visits generate. Stand by for the usual US carrier visit rumours too!!

Expect a flurry of Reach/AMC flights in a couple of weeks time, if The Donald does intend to turn up. Will be great to see HMX-1 & C-17s at Northolt again!

Jets for the flypast operated out of Brize last time it was held in the UK hoping for that again.

Wonder if Trump will be visiting the troops this Thanksgiving weekend before he comes to UK ? He might surprise us by arriving from the East !

Northolt will be closed to civilian flying from 28/11 to 5/12 due to military operations. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

No sign of any E/B ALTRV (HMX-1 Ospreys) yet, unless they bring CH-47s and UH-60s again like the visit earlier this year.

Wouldn't expect to see an ALTRV quite yet. HMX-1 MV-22s were used for his brief visit to France in June.

C-17s due at 09-30...11-30 and 13-30 apparently!....info comes from neighbour who works on base.

Indeed it is thanksgiving tomorrow but if there are operational flights that need to happen then the planes will fly.
