ADSB shows currently 60-0024 over Bretange F in NW direction FL281. No idea if this might be a candidate for Fairford

No. It's on a GPM, tankers airborne from Mildenhall. Will only turn up at Fairford if it's got an issue.

Christine is not the real name. The name was given because once it’s engines started up in the hangar by themselves. Stephen King reference I think? That’s what I heard anyway.

At FFD now - only one B2 outside but didn't look like it’s going anywhere soon.

Also, to save anyone else a trip, I went to Marston Meysey end too just now but no floodlights on so couldnt see the B52 in the dark (if it even is parked at that end!)

From photos it looks like it's at the eastern end of the usual B-52 dispersal area, so probably a better view from crash gate at opposite side of the runway (14A I think).

Iceland - Keflavik I would think
I think they went further afield than Iceland, as they went out with at least 5 tankers last night, maybe around the North Pole. Change in call sign could be a tactic to cause confusion to anyone listening in/tracking them?
Mil-Radar says a Norwegian sea mission.
USAFE saying otherwise

A B-2 Spirit stealth bomber flew an extended duration sortie over the Arctic Circle as part of a #BomberTaskForceEurope exercise. This familiarization was the B-2’s first mission this far north in the European theater.

Cheers Graham, still the case that this one has no nose art?
Its got a name under the cockpit - "Christine"? I'm sure a close up will emerge at some stage to confirm it but its difficult to make out on my video.

If you can keep your head whilst all around are losing theirs, you have probably completely misread the situation!!
