Cottesmore09 or anyone else that may know. What are the chances that the Vulcan will be displaying at Cottesmore on the 17th September? Just that the vulcan website has been updated today and there is no mention of Cottesmore on the calendar and there are other families days listed that they have been to :S

Any info is much appreciated
Martin

Hi, a bigger update for Filton families day!

Well after the Vulcan failed to turn up last year due to problems, i was told that they will try and make this years event, before it was changed to September, chances are slim at the moment but there is still time, im hoping she make it, also a chance of the Red arrows is possible as thay are free on the 17th  .

If any information on the Vulcan comes i will let you know on here.

Thanks, Cott09

Just found on the RNHF website http://www.royalnavyhistoricflight.org.uk/display/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; the seahawk is down to display at Cottesmore but with a date of the 11th September it has confused me :S

Maybe it will still turn up (hopefully)

Right thats it for the 2010 families day season, most Airfields put on a great display for there families and friends, but most of all for us all who cant get enough of free air displays.

Most of all many thanks to you all who have helped through out the season and i hope you will be back to join the 2011 thread early next year.

But for now which families day did you find the best? and what was your best families day pic of 2010 ?

Thanks, Cott09
