Saw them overfly RAF Honington along with about 50 other car occupants! Three jets just after 1310.

Have to say that I’m rather disappointed on the lack of info regarding the Scottish tour tomorrow. How hard is it to release a routing allowing those that can’t get to either of the 3 locations to maybe try and catch them en route.

Got them twice once at Andover and again at Waypoint Paulton Down 40 mins later. Both times low and banking. Defo on schedule or slightly early!

Took me by surprise, they flew just North of Lacock (near Chippenham) heading East, must of been around 2.15 (ish). I was trying to photograph the abbey at the time :)

As Thunder says a total lack of information on the route for Leuchars, Lossiemouth & Tain for Tomorrow’s Flypasts. Unfortunately II’m working in the Morning but would have loved to get a glimpse of them somewhere.

I think its probably safe to say if you are not local to the three sights tomorrow, chances of seeing them are slim, fingers crossed!!

The Facebook and twitter feeds may give more in the morning, just have to wait and see.

What’s the chances that the Tornado flight tomorrow may lunch stop at Lossie? Noted that there doesn’t seem to be any mention of AAR.

When 12 Sqn flew up from Marham for the 15 Sqn disbandment they landed in to refuel after the flybys and airfield attack. Lets hope you are in luck up there.

They shouldn't need to refuel at Lossie, their transit to Leuchars should be medium to high-level up the East Coast, then medium level to Tain, low level to Lossie and then a medium to high-level return back to Marham.

A refuelling stop at Lossiemouth would be nice though. :)

Yup, Lossie have confirmed there will be no touch-and-go, no landing or refuelling etc. I think we should expect a single pass, hopefully with decent enough visibility and nice and low, and that will be the lot.

Thanks all for clearing that up. Changed days, remember when these things were actually celebrated.

I know what you mean Scott, remember 08/08/1988 at Lossie? That wasn't even the disbandment of 8 squadron Shackletons - it was just because of the date! :)
One of the best static displays that I've ever seen, and I've been doing this hobby for 55 years.

Saw the three fly over RAF Honington today, I happened to be just in the right place as they flew directly overhead, managed a couple of acceptable shots, glad I went !

208Sqn Buccaneer retirement , several painted jets, mock airfield attacks for weeks then an open day with a sizeable and interesting static, open free of charge to anyone with connections to the Sqn, the Buccaneer, and the Station.

Nice bit of footage about the tour on the BBC news just now. I particularly enjoyed seeing the reporter spewing.
They also mentioned the final flypast at Cranwell and Marham so better set off now for that, it's going to be a busy one!
