NATO Tiger Meet 2019 Mont-de-Marsan

Dear Tiger Fans,

Many of you are again eager to join the NATO Tigers in 2019, when we hold our annual Tiger Meet at Mont-de-Marsan Airbase in France.

I have already gotten the news about a possible spotters day.

If all plans stay as they are at this time, the spotters day will be held on the First Friday of the meet. (Friday, May 17th 2019)

More details on how to register for this event will be announced in the next months.

I sent off my details by email and received an automatic reply saying my application will be processed in due course.

So the initial contact email system is working which is good.

I Had an email on Friday asking me to add my car details, i replied that i would be hiring a car and not sure what i can add at this stage. not had a reply to that yet.

I sent four separate applications off and all from the same email address but received only one automated reply back. Is this right or should I have received four automated reply's back.

If they have the Auto reply set up for 1 message per E-mail Address instead of 1 message per enquiry , it is correct .

I received email confirmation yesterday ( 17 Jan) with a PDF car pass to be printed out.

It says you can pay on the day although internet prepayment methods will be available soon

Program says first wave takes off at 10:30 and second wave launches at 15:30

I will be in a rental car ( or maybe a taxi / le Autobus) and I think they are saying insurance documents can be verified on the day when payment is made in the case of car rental?

There will be a line which ladder users have to abide by.

I applied back in December and received a conformation that my request had been received and they would be acting upon it, heard nothing since. Should I also be worried?

No need to worry, they are just going through all the emails - I sent a thank you note and received the following auto reply :

We are processing your registration. We are receiving hundreds of requests a day: the confirmation might get a while to reach you but be sure that, we will handle your requests and get back to you as soon as possible.

My surname begins with B so maybe they are going through in alphabetical order?

Well they must be using a different version of the alphabet, as I received my email last Wednesday and my surname begins with a 'J'!

I had confirmation today for the 2 names I requested, we both have surnames beginning with F so maybe they are doing this in order of the date they received the request?

When did you guys apply, I sent my initial application off 8th December. Just trying to get a feel for time taken to process the applications.

I applied on 6 December and received acceptance ( email with a pass) on 17 Jan
