RIAT 2018 checklist

Post by Vulcan44 » Sat Jul 21, 2018 4:28 pm

Hi,

Does anyone know of a link to a checklist of static a/c on Sunday 15th July, I left mine on the coach on the way home and it has disappeared into the wild blue yonder? I took plenty of pics but not all show serial or unit details. Also is there a list of serials and units for a/c in the flying display? I found the WW1 dog fighting display particularly impressive, any details on the a/c taking part and is it true the drone that flew solo over the pond had a reg because it doesn't appear in the photo I took?

Grateful for any help

This is not a RIAT forum
No, but it's the Fairford section and that's where RIAT takes place!

Try this site, all of the answers should be in there. :- https://threshold.aero/data/RIAT18-Live-Arrivals

Move it to the RIAT forum in the airshow section.
Only staff can do that, maybe you should ask one of them nicely. ;)

Lynx surely you have just generated loads of notifications when you could have politely offered the original poster a link to threshold etc , via a pm

Oops there is another notification!

Thanks to all who replied so promptly to my enquiry, apologies if it was placed in the wrong part of the forum, and thanks especially to Mike for the link.

Apologies and humble pie

I couldn't agree more, members with the attitude displayed by Lynx are the reason some folk leave this forum, "those without sin" and all that.
If you can keep your head whilst all around are losing theirs, you have probably completely misread the situation!!

I have. People are subscribed to this thread for Fairford movements not airshow related. There is a dedicated RIAT section for airshow stuff.

Please wouldn't go a miss, I will move it, but you may want to lose the attitude.

Well said Gary, seems to have fallen on deaf ears sadly, the arrogance of some folk..
