Very interesting read, I think Alonso was harshly treated, in my opinion..
If you can keep your head whilst all around are losing theirs, you have probably completely misread the situation!!

He broke deliberately during a high speed corner (when he never did before) and then claimed he had a "throttle issue". The telemetry proved this as well, so rightly so.

when you read the official report and the telemetry videos that have been shared online I think it is fair enough :) they've also not appealed which says enough

When I was watching it live, I thought it looked 'not normal'

Reports that mental marko has given Ricciardo Japan and China to prove himself or he's replaced by Lawson for the rest of the season.
Ricciardo is also to be replaced by Ayumu Iwasa for FP1 in Japan.
Fair play usual

Good to see Sainz back after his recent appendix removal, and he still beat LeClerc in quali too.
Absoloutely, great to see him fighting fit, and Lando up there, but my god with RB, it is just so tedious, wouldn't be so bad if Verstappen had just an ounce of charisma.. :Wow:
Tedious? How the hell did you cope with Mercedes winning seven Championships on the bounce then? Now THAT was tedious! (and it would have been eight had a certain Mr Massi not broken the rules.)

As for Verstappen, I personally like the guy. He's just all about racing, and doesn't bring any other bs into F1, unlike a certain other driver. And his after race interviews aren't nearly as cringeworthy as that certain other driver either!
At least there were a few more winners back then:

Williams-'Here's the car your team mate smashed up last time out, go careful with it'.
Sergeant-'Sorry guys'.

Interesting isn't it Paddy, I'm finding it an extremely boring start to the season, the cheers in Australia when Max's car expired said it all to me.. :'(

That's because it is boring and has been since last year, No point in watching it as you know who will likely win before the race even starts.

In summary, Max nails it again, Perez is actually useful to his team and Sainz continues to make Ferrari's decision to sack him for some middle aged English bloke look stupid.
