The Mirage F1's of 342Mira which were part of 114 Combat Wing at Tanagra disbanded in 2003 which signalled the end of 342M. The units at Souda which consist of 340 and 343 Mira's were never based at Heraklion. Currently at Heraklion are the Hawk SAM units, or at least they were.
