N119MA hasn't been a learjet for a long time.
If the reg is correct it's a "BRM Aero Bristell S-LSA" whatever one of those is!

From a photo seen from someone on the fenceline, it's N116MA, an 'aggressor' Learjet of Skyline. Maybe visiting the based NATO JEWCS to borrow a pod, as occasionally do AvDef and Draken Falcon 20s.
