Are the WAVE staff actually responsible for what happens in the overspill and people parking on the farmer's crops?

They say not, but it was them who said they have permission to use the overspill, so in that respect I would think they are at least partially responsible.

Up until the end of Cw22 they did marshall it and get people to park sensibly.

Surely a few wooden stakes connected with some sort of 'Do not cross' tape along the edges of the concrete area would have been a simple way of keeping the farmer happy. But no, that would be far too much bother for them and they would much rather lose valuable income during future exercises. :roll:

Why some dont know the diffence between a patch of grass or a field of growing crops some dont use common sense

Lately when I've arrived just after 9 it's been open.

If it's closed when you arrive park at the fire training centre just up the road and then you can see when they open.
