A Jolly Roger & a Pukin Dog Prestwick 5th June

Post by Ross Forsyth » Mon Jun 05, 2017 10:04 pm

Managed to get over to Prestwick for the arrival of the 2 Hornets along with Omega DC-10 enroute to Finland I believe.
Anyway with the 2 serials quoted in the Heads up section showing 1 Pukin Dog jet and 1 Jolly Roger CAG I figured I would head through, and literally just made it with the jets already on PIK ATC!

Don`t know Gaz to be honest, possibly get a good deal at PIK,plus I know EDI couldn`t accept them as no space to overnight a DC-10 these days!

Quality pics. From the Jolly Roger livery do I detect an overdue reversal of the long standing low vis trend or are these just a couple of special paint jobs for some anniversary? Would that they were F18 - 4s (Tomcats)!
