Hey Glasfryn, remember that time I gave you some decals, now let me win this auction :P :D

Just kidding, looks realy nice but there is no point us all bidding against each other.

It definitely is a big beastie, now if only they did a 48th one to go with my 48th B-29

Ah well, I will just have to stick to my 72nd one :(

Well were shall I beggin?

You can get alclad from most of the shops in our 'traders of merit' thread but I can recomend graham over at Relish http://www.relishmodels.co.uk/alclad-ii-1.html

There are quite a few different shades but I have come across a technique recently were you spray most of the plane with the gloss black (most alclads have to have a gloss black undercoat) but leave a few panels unpainted. this will make them slightly duller and gives a nice effect. I would use polished aluminium or just aluminium.

Alcad would look fantastic but would cost a small fortune!

Saw a few of these at Hendon for £25.00 at the weekend.

Well....lets just say I think I under estimated the size of this kit  Its massive!!! Even my wife was impressed....with the kit that is :P .I really have not got the room for it so sorry to say it looks like i wasted £30 on this one so if anyone wants to make an offer feel free as it will be going back on flea bay.

I was going to make an offer but I have just checked and all I found was a button and some fluff  :D

Go on build it, it can always go out in the garden.
I have some low viz (Vulcan) decals that would look good on an anti flash white B-36 :pop: :D

Its sad when someone buys a kit and they then find they cant build it due to size, space or time. If no one has it off you buy next month I will have it off you as I will find it a good home.

I would preffer to see you build it though  :halo:
