RAF Leeming 7.10.13 Just the Mirages.(Late post)

Post by flyingslug_0 » Sat Oct 12, 2013 12:02 am

Hi all. Had a trip to Leeming with Richard to see the French Mirages. We went to the water works end which was a first for me.Must say you do get a good view from there. Good to meet up with Chris, Phill, Bob, Jamie, Clare and a few others. In the afternoon I went to the 35 end to see the recoveries of the afternoon sortie. The light was very strange which gave off some great shadows and light on the aircraft.

Simply amazing. Great shots. I also love the placement of the flyingslug watermark on the close up shots!

Steven.

P.S Please get back to me regarding the Watson antenna!

Nice shots!

I'm thinking about taking a drive down on Wednesday.

Can you please guide me into the location these shots have been taken from.

Is this the location that is no longer available due to a disgruntled farmer?

Are step ladders required?

Thanks to anybody who can help with any of the above questions.

Great work.
