just a quick update , spending a bit of time trying the airbrush out to get the hang of it before committing to the model ( thinning being a bit problematic at the moment so might end up doing the thud in a natural metal Finnish just to get it done )All the best Neil

Would be a shame to change your plans now.

Do you not have a `practice` kit you can test on before spraying the 105?

OK slowly getting the hang of the airbrush and committed paint to modelImage
a few things to fill but very happy the way it went on using life color paint . It needs a bit more practice but we are getting there with the airbrush , mixing seems to be the critical thing

hi all , OK Slight halt on progress as im off too see the Mrs in Germany for 2 weeks (heavy snow there today) so will building snow men and drinking lots of German beer for a while. Need to go over the tan a little more as its a bit thin in places but all in all its starting to get there.
Have to say the compressor and airbrush kit is very good , gets 5 stars in my book and im sure with more practice will get a lot more out of it. Also very impressed with lifecolour paints.
So guten tag all and look forward to getting the thud finished .
Will say hello when i get to Germany
