Re: NATO Tiger Meet 2024
Any idea what time the first wave in the morning started last week?
Just planning on what time we need to be there without being too early
Cheers

Re: NATO Tiger Meet 2024
On Friday it was around 0900. First up was a Tornado from the shelters. The majority of the jets are on one ramp. I should be vigilant on the bus from the entrance to the spotting area, take some pics when you see that ramp full of fighters, because the lie of the land makes seeing everything from the spotter enclosure tricky and not everything will fly. Good luck!

Re: NATO Tiger Meet 2024
We are attending today, and I just checked the updated participant list on the Tiger Meet website and USMC VMFA- 542, F35B squadron have been added to the participant list albeit it ‘Observer only’ added just last night.
However, a pair of US Navy Sea Hawks turned up unannounced on Friday and they weren’t even on the list. Given what happened at Mildenhall and the Harriers departing their ship and leaving it behind in the Mid Channel. Big question mark or wishful thinking? We can pray!
Definitely wishful thinking

Anyone know any of the callsigns used by the participants this year?
Re: NATO Tiger Meet 2024
To anyone there on Monday, you will be glad to know I found my passport on the coach I came in on!
“Not lost, just temporarily uncertain of position”!
Very grateful to help of Luftwaffe security team on duty, allowing me to hand search each coach as it returned to the exit!
