Help Wanted - Missing Parts

Hello all,

Following a clear out of a load of kits I cam across an old esci/ertl AC-130 1/72nd kit.

Upon inspection all the parts appear to be present apart from the clear canopy sprue.

I am reliably informed that italeri used the same tooling / parts on their kits so the pieces are interchangeable.

LONG shot I know but has anyone got a scrapper or a parts bin that might have the spares ? It seem shuich a shame to throw away the kit because of a missing sprue.

You used to be able to buy parts direct from Italeri. No idea of current costs etc.
Might be worth a try if no luck on your first idea or the UK distributor?

With a bit of thought try making your own useing clear plastic better than scrapping the whole kit just a thought .
