Great collection and congrats to those who have restored and are restoring the exhibits. Must re-visit sometime.

Hi - very interesting - thanks for posting. The website suggests that the museum is closed for the rest of the year - is this still the case ?

Yes it is still closed, it was a special event as per the earlier post, should reopen soon.

Nice shots from BCWM. Thoroughly recommend a visit for anybody who has not visited previously

We usually visit for the base tour in the Autumn (sadly cancelled for this year) which includes an hour or so in the museum (absolutely brilliant exhibits and layout - second to none) and a walk / tour of the base - brilliant day out!

Thanks for the comments, the place is massive, pity they couldn't fly everything in from Bruntingthorpe to expand the interest.
