I think he's got West and East mixed up, a really strange request with so little information in it.

He asked a question. Gave the location and the numbers of aircraft involved.
Despite making an error with the direction, what other info could he have added to his request?

No need to get snotty. If you had given all the basic necessary information (date, time, direction), we could have helped you a lot quicker - there was a lot going on yesterday

Anyway, it was BLUE81 KC-10A 85-0028 that you saw (at 15.30z) together with RETRO31-33 GAF Typhoons 31+24, 31+42 and 31+40 respectively.
