Hey everyone , had this recommended to me from a few people so I thought I’d give it a go , I live in Wolverhampton and so I can photograph the majority of things that pass through the Lichfield corridor

Hi Guys
Bogus68(U2 c/s + d.o.b) here, from my username you may have guessed that I've been chasing military kit for a time(1979). Have only recently got back into the hobby as I've been driving trucks across Europe for a good few years. Gone up the world these days, not so much driving and more driving a desk. Always rated the air fete over tattoo as it was only time to the habu fly and gauge the howl against the Vulcan. Black job came in second. Living just north of Northolt. I'm a big fan of Russian kit. Favourite base to visit is Kay-be and last year had a lol experience there with UKR flanker when fences and chaps got jet blasted. TTFN

Hi everyone, recently signed up, would be interested into getting a little understanding about how the more experienced amongst you go about tracking and listening to the aircraft all across the UK.
Kind regards

For listening, you'll need an air band scanner, something like a UBC125XLT, that can pick up military aircraft frequencies and for tracking, on a pc, laptop, tablet or phone, you can get freebies like 'freedar' or pay for something like '360radar'
Plenty of peeps on here with vastly more Intel than me, so just ask away and enjoy

Thanks for the add guys. I'm in Pershore Worcestershire, so not far from Fairford,
Until my son put me onto this site, I didn't know there was access to this type of info. I think I'm going to have to learn a whole new set of TLAs!

Hi
New to the forum. I live near Cheltenham and work in the aero industry and have had a lifelong interest in aircraft. I've become increasingly interested in aviation photography.

Hi everyone!
...not so new to the forum, after years of peeping I'd like to be more active!
I've been for 30 years an aviation, photo and radio enthusiast, hopefully I'll be able to provide you something from NE Italy, where I live. NE Italy means Istrana and Aviano air bases...!
Best regards!
Filippo

Good Afternoon All
I’m PARA DAVE I’m a serving member of The Parachute Regiment I’m currently at home waiting to see if we deploy for COVID 19. I am revising at home reading up on ILS approaches blar blar looking at sitting my ATPL exams shortly. The Army taught me to fly in 2015 I joined this forum as I love aviation and jumping out of them. I currently fly empty for my hour building so if anyone on the east coast fancy’s flying when I do I have a spare seat. I have 173 P1 hours logged, I am also looking for some F15E UK fs patches for my new jacket.
I love Motörhead, LEEDS United , and Spitfires.
Thanks for reading
