Autumn in SoCal

[SW Sky Blue]

Had a week planned for the canyon in late October, but the crash earlier in the year resulted in a change of plans, so we headed south to El Centro...Had a great week with cloudless skies and temps in the 90s and as luck would have it lots of movements too....here are some images from two days outside of the fence at NAF El Centro..on TDY here were Growlers , Super Hornets, Harriers, Tigers, Goshawks and some rotary stuff too.....Here is a selection of pics taken on 23rd and 24th October....

Thanks for posting kevin El Centro is my favourite base,it is particularly good at this time of the year as The Blue Angels use EC for winter training.
I was fortunate to be there once when a Carrier Air Wing was there, F-14s, E-2s, Intruders etc etc
