Typh heard dep 07 @ 1339z "WTN10". Nothing showing on adsb this time. IPA6/ZJ938 seen 1400z on app to 07 and land (1401z). Think it did a flythro u/c down E>W first (1357z) before turning about. RTB with an issue presumably.

"Rebel 54" entered L/L M6 pass+ Lake District. Went OTT Warton @1417z descending thro' FL390 out over Morecambe Bay, then headed ENE, just Nth Carnforth @ 1423z still descending thro 5kft. Hexcode 43CAED; ZK339 was coded EB-E, 41TES. Small patches of blue over Fylde but no trail seen.
Back out over M.Bay after L/L stint and climbed to 15kft. Was at around 3000ft just SE of Barrow @ 1443z. Given direct Cby @1502z climb FL410 hdg 130°. Climb FL420 @ 1504z.

Single seat typh seen just off Lytham @ 1032z staying fairly low on c/out after ILS+o/s rwy25. C/sign "Typhoon 327" implies ZK327 29Sqn jet. Not showing on mode-S. Weather unfit to proceed up to Lakes for low level. Headed east towards Vale of York/Humberside for period of GH. Climbed FL200 (1038z) and right turn 090° (1041z).

ZK010 now coded FN, 25 Sqn. I thought their 14th jet would be ZK024 obviously not!

How strange:

I thought it was ZK010-ZK023 = 4 Sqn/IV & ZK024-Zk037 = 25 Sqn/XXV, so surely ZK010 is IV Sqn?

It's not. ZK024 was originally rumoured to be 25 Sqn's 14th allocated jet but ZK010 noted with new 25 Sqn code at Valley late Oct.

Typh heard on departure rwy07 @ 1410z. ZJ938 (IPA6) "WTN10" showing on mode-S sites. Actual c/sign "Fighter". IPA6 eyeballed off Lytham on App to 07, straight in to land @1550L.
Another typhoon c/sign "Target" dep 07 @ 1425z. "Target" waited for "Fighter" to get back on the ground before recovering via a Radar SRA/Talkdown to 07. Single seat 41 TES marked typhoon "Target" seen on App 07 and landed 1600z. So either BS116 or BS117 but nothing tracking on adsbexchange for this jet. ZK355 (BS116) was tracking on adsb last week so perhaps it was ZK356 (BS117)?

PS trawled thro logs on the popular mode-S sharing site ( "Albert's Site")
and hey presto found a few hits for ZK356 hexcode 43C77F, callsign "WTN73"!! eg. Holyhead @ 14:36:05z 21000ft SQK 3672.

Diverted into Manchester this evening after squawking 7700 emergency. Burning Smell throughout the aircraft. Thankfully Aircraft landed safely and after turning off RWY 05R onto taxiway everyone evacuated safely.

2x single seat typhs seen on climbout 25 (stream departure) @ 0948z.
"Fighters 1/2" (Fighter 1 WTN69). BS116+ BS117?
ZK355 (BS116) showing on adsb hdg NW @ 35kft just off IoM(1005z).
It was quite clearly visible over the Fylde 34kft @ 1014z from Morecambe Bay direction before turning out to west.
ZK303 (BT17) "Fighter 3" seen on climbout 0952z.
BT17 recovered first - straight in to land rwy 25 (1120z approx), presume on fuel priority.
"Fighter Combine (1/2)" recovered as a pair presume initials, break & land. On ground by 1130z.

ZJ938 (IPA6) [43C4AC] seen @ 1554z on climbout Lytham area. Flown by "WTN69". Showing on adsb. WNW>ESE track in over sth Blackpool area towards Warton @ 27kft (1559z). Showing over Manch area in clockwise orbit/racetrack (1610z). Seems odd.

As busy as it gets at Warton these days.

Voyager KC3 ZZ334 [43C6F7] "RRR2219" 10/101 Sqns, NNE>SSE over the Fylde @ 1511z in descent from FL410 I/b BZZ ex KEF.

I'm not complaining I like to hear the sound & wish they would more often. I would prefer no clouds so I can see it
