I do like to be beside the seaside!

Bournemouth Seafront has just played host to its annual Air Festival. Despite no Red Arrows this year it is estimated that over 812,000 people attended the 4 day event and this year featured some interesting aircraft, the main attraction being the SAAB Draken of the Swedish Air Force Historic Flight.
The Ultimate fighters also made their debut featuring a mix of WWII aircraft as well as the T33 of the Royal Norwegian Air Force Historic Flight which flew with the MIG 15. Below are a random selection of images taken at various locations over the 4 days.

Nice selection.

Fair to say the Draken had a similar effect on people that the Vulcan used to. Saw several people just stop what they were doing and look skywards when the display started!

The Draaken flew over Bransgore when it was recovering to BOH and it looked impressive, just doing that.

812,000 spectators? Certainly the fantastic weather has helped a lot getting people to the beach ;)

Excellent set, the sky is so clear too! The Draken underside and the Chinook are the two that stand out to me.
