Those take me back Patrick, especially the red Hunter- Spencer Flack's? If it is somewhere in the 'vug' I've a slide of all three together:- Hunter, Spit and the Sea Fury I think it was. Unfortunately I don't have the techno. to upload it (assuming I can find it).

Great trip down memory lane here. I've got a special liking for the 115 Sqn Andover E3 as my flying-log shows a 3h-15m Navex out of Thorney Island in this aircraft when it was a C1 with 46 Sqn in Nov 1971. ( Brown & Tan with Black undersides + white anti-solar splodge over the cockpit :) )

Superb Paddy, love that Corsair and Firefly, thanks for sharing and stirring up memories.. :thumb:
If you can keep your head whilst all around are losing theirs, you have probably completely misread the situation!!

A few memories of frames gone but not forgotten. G-HUNT exported but Mossie and Firefly sadly lost in crashes, with their crews. I was @ DX when the Firefly crashed but just remember the dust cloud it caused on the other side of the motorway.
