Do what I did - either Google search or put Marham families in the search box on this forum.

I could leave you to do that but I'll tell you it is 25th July or this coming Thursday.

Nighthawke

Thank you

To open a thread with one line and not even give a date is poor

Anyway lets move on

And, in previous years Typhoon would display at Marham and Honington on the Thursday, and at Coningsby on the Friday.

This year she is doing neither, though is at Sunderland for the weekend.

So, as mentioned above, leave them to it - we won't miss much it seems.

The Typhoon is also due to fly-through Linton for their families day on Friday en-route to Newcastle Airport for the Sunderland Airshow .

Most likely 06/24 now main runway is fully open. But expect a much smaller family day line up than previous years. So I’ve been told.

Hi all re the Marham family day I'm going to the family day. I am trying to look for an itinerary. of what's flying, I know that the Typhoon is doing his stuff, no idea if the battle of Britain will be there, Red Arrows are in the US so nothing from them. Just unable to find any info get will have to get a program on the morning once there.

Also, I will ask, on Wednesday I am hoping to go to Lakenheath (viewing area) does anyone know what time they start to fly or return is there a web site (I'm not on facebook) any help would be most welcome Or even a meetup on the day would be great I only get down this end of the country a couple of times a year.

Thanks all.

As I said above, Typhoon will not be on parade, but I believe that BBMF will be doing Marham and Honington - subject to etc.

I am intrigued, if you are an attending family and friends, why haven't they given you a simple A4 itinerary.

If you are thinking of attending Marham Friends and Families Day 2019, please note the area in red on the linked map is subject to a no stopping area.

The base are tweeting about this and stressing that it is NOT an event for the general public.

Flying programme starts with the Typhoon just after 1 and finishes with the F35 at half 4. Also includes Tucano, Chinnook, Falcons, Rolls Royce Spitfire 19, BBMF Soitfire and Hurricane, Strikemaster and various civvy displays.
