Pretty soon I would have thought, with odds on the move will happen during their upcoming USA tour

I wouldn't have thought it would be this year, maybe 2021?

It is rumoured that the decision on their future base will be formally announced in June of this year, assuming that current issues regarding the creation of a similar R313 style block of airspace at potential new locations can be addressed. They certainly will not move during this years overseas tour.

As far as Wittering is concerned the agreement was to return the airfield to its original condition before the RAF took it over

Which won't happen as it's now home to several UAS, Logistics Squadron's and seems to be the go to place for off-base Night/NVG etc. training.

With seeing other comments on the internet about where & when the arrows will go, I think we know by 2080!!!!!!
