24 POB tower just asked if he as towing arm on board said yes going to tow him somewere ??

someone stated it would only be on the deck for 1hr cant see that by the time it was towed to parking etc

I heard a short while ago a GBA-??? talking to tower he was to no fuel available at Waddington would have to go to scampton, guess the 707 had it all lol
