Lets face it, not many thought the leave option would win, I voted leave but those first few results were all remain so I went to bed, when I saw the result next day I thought great lets do this. Cameron was very surprised and got out, that's when Fararge should have been our negotiator... with regard to the march Saturday were a good percentage of them, the voters who did not make the effort to vote in the referendum cause they did not think we'd vote leave, and young voters now able to vote...
As regarding a previous post MP's our there to look after their constituents affairs, and they vote on the party line unless given a free vote. I honestly think that the next election will sort the lot we have now out, if the people think its worth voting again, because of party and personel agenda's this country has become the laughing stock of the world, where as before we were the whole idea of democracy...
sorry for the rant, but this parliament well... so i'm going to watch the paint dry at least my expectations of that have not been dashed.

I wonder how many signatures for either way didn't vote in the original referendum? I fully accept and support the freedom of choice to vote or not - that is the democratic way after all. However it does make me wonder what the true picture would be if everyone did vote.

I voted to leave the EU in 2016. I and my entire family still feel the same way. However I am willing to allow the exact terms of departure to the government of the day. It could range anywhere from Norway+ to WTO. I do however feel leaving with a deal is the way to go. A fair compromise to the leavers and remainers. I would personally support May's deal. However the idea of a second referendum or revoking is an insult to those who voted leave. Basically the biggest democratic mandate in our history will be discarded as the people came up with the wrong answer. I would imagine one of the reasons Brexit is taking such a long time with everything going wrong is that various remain elements in the establishment will do all they can to slow things up and betray the British people. If they can delay things for as long as possible they can wear down peoples resolve and ultimately betray the people. The establishment working against us as always!

The reason its tasking so long is that it's an immense task, and this government has squandered so much time that we've run out of it. Look at all the brexit secretarys we've had. David Davis having to admit the risk assessments he said had been done actually hadn't, Domnic Raab confidently saying he could do the job then admitting he didn't realise how much freight went through Dover. The mind boggles. We've all been betrayed by Westminster, both sides putting party before country. That's what started this whole debacle in the first place.

most MP's want to remain supporters irrespective of how their voters voted. They all live in the London political bubble away from real life. They have gone from uni into politics and then finally get a seat. they never had a real job. Hence the protest votes in USA, France, Italy and then Brexit. People want change. Drain the swamp.

Oh dear Teresa May is still relying on the DUP to get her deal through and they won't play ball. She really must be rueing the decision to call a snap general election in 2017 in which she lost a decent majority!

I think Jacob Rees-Mogg is brilliant. He is a real English gentleman. Certainly more impressive than most MPs at Westminster. The next Conservative leader really needs to be from the ERG. I don't think it will be Jacob as he has said he won't be going for it sadly. But with a true Conservative in charge of the Conservative Party and a real socialist in charge of Labour we will at least have a real choice come the next election.
I think May has been far from perfect but she in my opinion is a better PM than Blair, Brown or Cameron.
