Does anyone know what the flypast will include? For example...just a high level fly by or might each ship do a touch and go or low approach? I'm assuming the RAF will put out a schedule for this?

Thank you for the info Gary.

Let's hope Marham can manage to secure parking again like they did the other week, wouldn't want to miss this at all.

It'll probably be a mass take off, flypast over selected places associated with the jet, (Honington, Cottesmore, Coningsby?, maybe Holbeach?) then a flypast over Marham and break to land.
Would not expect any low approaches/ touch and goes due to the volume of a/c returning at the same time.

I know there is talk of a visit to Lossie at some point, but would expect this to be completely separate.

II suspect there will need to be a NOTAM for a formation of 9 Tornados to fly around the country, so the routing should be well known before hand.

The 9-ship won’t be doing the fly pasts around the country.

Insider info' or alternative guessing? Perhaps, if you're doing air-to-airs you might have some more prior knowledge to share soon?

I don't do FB or Twitter so ask a mate to look yesterday and he said they was nothing about it on Marham's FB page. So where did Flight Global get the info? I've looked on MOD Press releases and there's nothing there. It just seems unusual that only one source 'knows' the date!!

Craig Hoyle was at Marham with a number of members of the media on the morning of (what has since become) the first Tornado Farewell enthusiast event.
