Post by B58Hustler » Fri Oct 19, 2018 4:31 pm

Had some free time so went and got some more Hornet action whilst I could.
'C's and 'E's in abundance also and 06 again.

Thank you so much people for the likes.
'VR78' These were all taken with the trusty old warhorse that is my Nikkor 300 F4 AFS on an APSC body, some with 1.4 TC and some natively.
For 06 departures would normally use the full frame body but that's in for splat removal.
420mm(630 effective) is overkill really, hence the cockpit crops.

Great shots! :thumb:

Liking no 5. RWY 06 really throws up great sport against that sky, hopefully some more by the end of this year.

Loving these shots!!! Whereabouts were you to take these? I’m a bit of a LN novice and only really know of the viewing car park for somewhere to go

These were from the 'Forest gate' as it's known. You can't miss it,it will be full of parked cars.
Just round the corner on the 1065,obviously on the 'right' side of the sun.
Oh.and thank you!
