The Polish Air Force's 100th Anniversary Air Show promised (initially) to be an even better event than usual and worth a trip over to Radom.
Unfortunately, the recent crashes and groundings resulted in no Mig29 or Su22 present (flying or static), and unlike previous years there was no major Polish AF flypast. The weather was really poor, grey and rainy for part of the Saturday - so some of the star acts didn't fly and the whole programme was disrupted (I understand that the Sunday was no better and colder).
Then again, the Ukrainians turned up, Pakistan made an effort (the JF-17s were on the ground at Deblin) and there was very strong display team representation (Italy, Switzerland, Jordan, Spain, Croatia, Finland). The solitary USAF contribution was a WY ANG C130 on static and, like Bucharest, there nothing from France.
