Question Time

Fiona Bruce is recorded as 1.75m tall.

Does she sit on a big cushion, or are all those other experts and politicians of the short ars*d variety?

Err, your point being? Why do you seem to have an issue with short people?

I actually got my wife's height completely wrong!. She is in fact smaller than FB at 5'3'' which is 1.60 metres. Despite the fact that we are experienced Ballroom Dancers, this height difference means that we can never look particularly good on the floor. :(

Same height as my Mam then. Sadly we all shrink as we get older. No a problem when you're 6'4 at your peak! Hahah nevermind .

Gareth, the shrinking doesn't always apply. I'm getting on for 80, still the same height and just half a stone heavier than I was at 28. my wife, 9 years younger, is still the same height and weight!. Must be the diet, I guess. what annoys me about getting this old is that one tends to lose some efficiency, but, having been to two funerals in 3 days last week, age 70 and 71, must be grateful for the age I am. Regards. :)
