According to the papers ( so it must be true !)

Beardy off loaded $300M of Virgin Galactic shares in August while internal investigations were ongoing into a safety incident during the flight. The shares were sold through Virgin investments which RB controls

Mark Sticky, lead test pilot and flight test director has been sacked for raising concerns about the pilots decision not to abort the flight after it left the planned descent profile.

I don't understand how the pilot could abort the flight - it was on its way back to earth anyway, presumably gliding. So abort flight by advising everyone to use their ejection seats - oh dear! none fitted!

Neither do I understand the issue - maybe the procedure was to divert to another destination?
