What is the Tuesday Club ?

The 'Tuesday Club' is a small group of aviation-minded friends that have been meeting at Crash gate 1 (?) at Coningsby for many years (pandemics permitting) every errrmmm............Tuesday!
Their previous thread was accidentally deleted by Admin.

The Tuesday Club is a bunch of guy's that meet up on a Tuesday at RAF Coningsby down at CG1 and we made a thread back in 2013 where we can have banter and have a general chat with each other hope that helps.

Well done Mark, I shall explain to other Tuesday Club members that this new thread is up and running.
The Tuesday Club itself has been together since 2004, and many members and friends are keen to get back on parade.

Back in the dim and distant, Tuesday Club members would really enjoy map reference targeting.
Pilot would receive and repeat map reference. Tuesday Club members, from most towns within 50 mike of CBY would record same.
From reference to Ordanence Survey maps and local knowledge, we could always identify target before the on board computer - be it a castle or farm building.
This evening, whilst I didn't note the quoted map reference, the strikers took so long to get lined up (paveway and brimstone) that I know we'll be around tomorrow.

Trust that all members, and all you FCers, are wishing Christabel a very happy 75th.
She is presently recovering from an Aortic heart valve replacement, and is looking forward to being back on parade at CG1 just as soon as possible.

Dont know what happened I tryed to log in the othe night and it just did not let me in I even had to change my email adreess to a new one because my old one even stopped working.
