Awesome test flight last night. Shame the landing ended how it did but I’m sure SpaceX will gain plenty of data from that test and come back stronger with SN9.

They said the mission was a success - and the crater was exactly where it was supposed to be!
Re: SpaceX Starship SN8 launch tonight
Any experience of design and subsequent launch is a positive experience. Even if the launch itself is not so successful, this is an excellent ground for analyzing the data obtained, taking into account the mistakes made. It seems to me that our future is in space exploration. After all, from space we can, as it were, observe what is happening on Earth from the side. I thought about this when I read the article "Utilising Satellite Technology for Wildlife Conservation".

Bump
Looks like a potential launch of SN9 later today or in the coming days.

Still early days, Falcon 9 didn’t go to plan for a while when testing now it seems spot on every time.

Potential launch of SN10 this early evening live on youtube.
Re: SpaceX Starship SN8 launch tonight
Fingers crossed that they nail it this time.
Thrust abort, hopefully try again tomorrow.
Potentially another attempt in 2 hours.

Well done all at SpaceX, lovely successful landing

Sadly at 23.30 it blew up on the landing pad after standing there for around 5 minutes, it was leaning slightly so must of suffered slight damage on landing.
Re: SpaceX Starship SN8 launch tonight
If that landing of SN10 was a succesful one, I hate to think what an unsuccesful one might look like

Re: SpaceX Starship SN8 launch tonight
Search YouTube for SN8 and SN9, will give you a clue.
Re: SpaceX Starship SN8 launch tonight
