If you can keep your head whilst all around are losing theirs, you have probably completely misread the situation!!

We all make mistakes even Sir Lewis Hamilton

Rumours abound that Sergio might be sacked and Ricciardo set to be RB second driver? I would have thought Sergio makes an Ideal team mate for max - not too fast, tame but good enough to secure good constructor points.
I don't think that's any more than people putting two and two together and coming to their own assumption. You couldn't really ask for a better team mate than Perez, damages the opposition without being a threat. If he was much better he could damage Max's chances in a closer year. Despite Sao Paulo he'll tow the line as DR could easily be subbed in.

It's all in the history books now, it may be a longer season but my god it's boring. IMHO.
Nah, boring was watching years and years of Mercedes dominance. The last couple of seasons have been a breath of fresh air, firstly with Mercedes being pushed right to the wire, and then dominated this year by Red Bull.

This season would have been a bit more interesting if Ferrari could have made a reliable car, but even then some very questionable strategy decisions might have handed the title to Red Bull again.
They still got second in the Constructors though, so perhaps they'll do better next season.

As we're still in 2022, I will place it here.

Rumours have been rife about Binotto leaving Ferrari, and today he has resigned. You would think they'd fire the head strategist, though, who has been there for a long time and a cause of many problems with strategy...

Favourite is Alpha Romeo boss Fred Vasseur, with another outside rumour of Ross Brawn. Binotto's been within the team for quite some time, as well.

Well, as in football, the Manager has to carry the can. Very unfair in both sports IMO.
