The reason no reserve driver has been entered is being quoted as they hadn't taken part in qualifying. I can't remember for sure a driver pulling out this late, but also dont re-call a driver not being replaced apart from on the race day

If a driver accumulates 12 penalty points over a 12 m0nth period, then he may receive a 1 race ban.. Ask Kevin Magnussen. He received a 1 race ban for having 12 points last season. Verstappen needs to be very careful now.
Points remain on your licence for 12 months Hedge. If you receive a ban, then I guess they may be removed, but only if the ban takes place. I THINK I'm right.
