Sorry, should have been clearer, 20:30 UK time..
If you can keep your head whilst all around are losing theirs, you have probably completely misread the situation!!

Or 01:25 Monday highlights for the casuals on here 😁
Sorry can't help myself. That said I was 'up' for the Canelo fight last night, 3 times I put the qualy on and 3 times I fell asleep. Late start is giving me a rare chance to watch the BTCC so I'll try again between races, judging by the grid it must have been interesting. Hoping for a better race, last year was a stinker.

A slight improvement on Baku, but only just.
That overtake around Leclerc and Magnussen was insane. How one car can have soo much extra pace against two others is mind boggling.
Highlight of today was without a doubt, Jackie Stewart trespassing to grab Roger Federer for Martin Brundle who was rapidly running out (and did!) of air time!

Yet again no Thunderbirds/Blue Angels...

Assume the 'no military' aircraft rule applies, although I've not figured out how we get away with the Reds. Jackie was brilliant, cheerleaders, Leclerc and Gasley both getting 'mugged' with double overtakes Plenty of overtaking through the field, really good recovery for Lewis in the end. Max starting 9th and coming through all that traffic to comfortably beat his team mate, fills me with dread for the rest of the season. Great to see Alonso loving life, surely he'll get a win. Overall I thought it was a decent race, could have done with a safety car or two though.

Yep, good drive by Lewis in the end, but these DRS 'trains' are dire!. People paying hundreds of dollars to see a procession!!.

Wouldn't go as far as decent, but nailed it after that.

New regs for 2022 paying dividends eh. Still at least F1/FIA have got rid of the dominating team/driver. Oh wait....

Imola GP cancelled this weekend due to the horrendous flooding and casualties already in and around the circuit/towns.

the floods are bad - my daughter lives a few miles south of Imola on the Santerno River (at Borgo Tossignano) which goes through Imola right next to the race circuit (on the north side of it. These are some photos she sent me today.....
This is the River Santerno at the bottom of her garden yesterday, there's a road and cycle path between her and the river (it's a regional park) fortunately they are well above the river

and this was it, 3 weeks ago when I was there, bet the fisherman isn't there today!...

and this is the A14 Autostrada (Italian for motorway) a few miles east of Imola towards Forli taken yesterday but not by her, it's a video scrfeengrab). Maybe it should be redesignated as an Aquastrada!

her photo of the river was a screengrab taken from a video she sent me, this is the video if it works:

I can't believe I was walking along there in the sun 3 weeks ago!
