Don't know what the FM freqs are but it's certainly carried on 198 kHZ Long Wave.

not sure if it's on Fm.

it on radio 4 LW and the Marine band, if you have access to a marine VHF radio listen and channle 16 and you will hear a message telling you channle to listen on for your local area. I can hear to diffrent stantion for the shipping forecast. they can be has little has minutes aport or 1 hours so listen on 16 till you get to know which C G stantion you need to listen too
